Rose Maria Meskus, a beacon of love and kindness, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2025, in Palmetto, Florida, at the age of 76. Born on August 15, 1948, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Rose's radiant spirit and thoughtful nature touched the lives of all who knew her.

In her professional life, Rose was a respected manager at the Kodak Company, where she dedicated many years to her career before retiring. Her leadership and compassion set her apart, and she left an indelible mark on her colleagues and the industry. Beyond her work, Rose was actively involved in various associations, contributing her time and talents to enrich her community.

Rose's family was the cornerstone of her life. She is survived by her loving brother, George (Gloria) Meskus; her sisters, Gina (Wilfred) Ripoll, Carol (Ken) Bull, and Audrey (Louie) Meskus; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will cherish her memory. Each family gathering was brightened by her presence, and her absence will be deeply felt at every occasion.
Those who knew Rose remember her as a loving soul, whose kindness knew no bounds. Her thoughtful gestures and warm smile were a comfort to friends and strangers alike. Rose lived her life with grace and generosity, always putting others before herself and spreading joy wherever she went.

The legacy of Rose Maria Meskus is one of enduring love and selflessness. As we say farewell to this remarkable woman, we celebrate the profound impact she has made on our lives. Her spirit will continue to inspire us, and her memory will forever be held in our hearts.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 9:00 AM-10:00 AM at Brown and Sons Funeral Homes, 5624 26th St W. Bradenton, Fl 34207 with a Memorial Service to follow at 10:00 AM. A reception will be held in The Andreu Café following the service.
