Schools and Education Manatee County Schools to Reopen Tomorrow

BRADENTON -- Manatee County District schools will return to their regular schedule on Tuesday, August 28, 2012, unless otherwise notified. Manatee District schools were closed on Monday, August 27th due to Tropical Storm Isaac.

School District officials will continue to work with Manatee County Emergency Management officials and encourage all students, parents and employees to continue to monitor media reports related to Isaac.

If there is a change in plans regarding a return to the normal school schedule on Tuesday, we will relay this information through electronic phone messaging, local media outlets and our School District website at www.manateeschools.net.
