Sharon Louise Phipps, 74, passed away August 27, 2023. She was born September 9, 1948 in San Leandro, California to the late Sydney and Margaret (Baker) McGavic. Her birth father was killed in an airplane crash when Sharon was very young. James Warren then married Margaret and adopted Sharon. Jim was a wonderful loving and supportive father.
Sharon came to Bradenton, FL in 2021 from Meridian, ID and loved reading, sight seeing, and travel. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 54 years Craig Phipps; sons Derek and his wife Katie; Jeremy and his wife Lindsey; and Corey and his wife Katelin; sisters Susan Parker; and Debra Badgley and her wife Cindy; brother James Warren; granddaughters Delaney Davenport and her husband Justin; and Kannon Phipps; and one great granddaughter on the way There will be a Celebration of Sharon's Life to be announced in the future.
