The Skeletons of Bone Valley runs from October 4 through October 31. Friday's opening, which will coincide with the Village's monthly ArtWalk, will feature an opening reception from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The show's fine art will feature still life and landscape photography of Florida's phosphate country, which is often referred to as "Bone Valley."

Many of the artists Matt Allison selected for this collection are coming to the MCCA with new work. Fresh off the success of The Sarasota History Center Museum's showing of Florida in Context by Virginia Hoffman, these artists are thrilled to show their vision of Bone Valley. The Manatee County Cultural Alliance is located at 926 12th Street W. in Bradenton.
