Bradenton, Florida - Stuart Robert Pilsbury, born November 13, 1973 in Lakeland Florida, passed away at the age of 50 on August 19, 2024 in Sarasota, Florida. Stuart was known for his love of the water, whether it was fishing, swimming, or boating, and for his uncanny ability to make friends anywhere, especially in local taverns.
Stuart attended Palma Sola Elementary School, King Middle School, and Manatee High School in Bradenton Florida before earning a BS Degree in Accounting from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville Florida.
He is survived by his son, Owen Robert Pilsbury of Baltimore, Maryland, his mother, Cynthia Pilsbury and his brother David Pilsbury, both of Bradenton Florida. Stuart was proceeded in death by his father Harold Pilsbury.
A celebration of Stuart's life will be held in Greyhawk Landing 331 Snapdragon Loop, Bradenton, FL on November 16, 2024 at 2 p.m. His ashes will be spread in the Gulf of Mexico off Anna Maria Island, a place he deeply loved.
