Terrance N. Conner, age 87, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 27, 2025.
He was born on October 20, 1938, in Neapolis, Ohio, to the late Robert and Lois (Aumend) Conner. Terrance, known to many as "Terry," was a proud graduate of Anthony Wayne High School, Class of 1956.
Following graduation, he enlisted and honorably served his country in the United States Army.
On August 16, 1958, Terry married the love of his life, Martha. They shared many years together until her passing on June 13, 2020.
Terry enjoyed watching Liberty Center High School football, traveling to his second home in Bradenton, Florida, going on cruises, and spending time with his cattle back in Ohio. Above all else, he cherished time spent with his family, which brought him his greatest joy.
He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.
Terry is survived by his children Rick Conner of Monclova, Ohio, Jennifer Conner of Napoleon, Ohio, Craig (Roxana) Conner of Swanton, Ohio, his brother R. Neal Conner of Woodstock, Virginia, eight grandchildren Aubrey (Jamie) Rader, Chris Chester, Becca (Bryant) Vandemark, Michelle Conner, Ashley (Tommy) Parker, Cortney (Matt) Farmer, Megan (Kody) Seemann, Ian (Maura) Conner and 19 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, brother Danny Conner and daughter in law Joan Conner.
A funeral service for Terry will be held on Sunday January 4, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home Whitehouse, Ohio located at 6603 Providence St. 43571. Pastor Steve Bauerle will officiate.
A visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home on Sunday. A private graveside service will take place with the family on Monday January 5, 2026 at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to The American Cancer Association.
