BRADENTON – There are several meetings on local government calendars this week. The Manatee School Board will meet on Tuesday for a special meeting. The Manatee County Commission will meet on Wednesday for its first (of two) budget hearings. Bradenton City Council will convene twice this week, once for a workshop on Wednesday and again for a budget hearing on Thursday. The Manatee Planning Commission will also convene for a meeting Thursday.
