BRADENTON - It's another light week for local government boards, as summer recesses continue. The Bradenton City Council will convene for a meeting on Wednesday, during which two public hearings will be held: one concerning changes to the pension system for firefighters employed under the city's fire department, and a second on land use regulations pertaining to flooding. No other meetings are scheduled for the week.
