This Week in Local Government: June 9-13, 2014

BRADENTON – Manatee County Commissioners will begin a lengthy budget process this week. Following budget presentations on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, the BOCC will hold a public budget hearing Thursday evening. After a workshop, the Manatee School Board will have a public hearing on adopting a new district policy on service animals during its regular meeting on Tuesday. The Bradenton City Council will have a regular meeting on Wednesday, and a Planning Commission Meeting will take place on Thursday.
