MANATEE COUNTY --  It's a brief, but important week on the local government scene with the school board, county commission and Bradenton City Council all convening for meetings. The City of Bradenton will officially vote on the $5.5 million dollar riverfront renovation bond issue Wednesday night at City Hall.
