BRADENTON – There are no major government board meetings this week until Wednesday, when the Bradenton City Council will hold multiple public hearings during a regular meeting. One hearing is on a proposal to convert the 7.4 acre Pumphouse Area Station property into an environmentally-rehabilitating Brownfield Area. The other two are related to a proposed Small Scale Development Activity Amendment to the city's Comprehensive Plan to allow the property located at 101 48th Street Court East to change from a County Residential-6 designation to a City Residential-6. The Manatee Planning Commission will meet on Thursday.
