BRADENTON – After a workshop and a regular meeting (which contains a vote on whether to approve the district's 2013-14 School Improvement Plans), the Manatee School Board will convene to reorganize aspects of its regular meetings and Board Committee assignments. The board will also hold the Manatee School Board Leasing Corporation's annual meeting while the Reorganization Meeting is in recess. Also on Monday, the Palmetto City Commission will have a public hearing on a proposal that would amend the city's 2030 Comprehensive Plan. The BOCC meets Tuesday morning. A Bradenton City Council workshop will take place on Wednesday, and the Manatee Port Authority will meet Thursday.
