Rachel M. Guilmette, 95, Bradenton, died July 31, 2014. Born in Leominster, MA she moved to Bradenton in 1991 and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Survived by son, Paul R. of Leominster, MA; daughter, Louise M. Sardo of Bradenton, FL; brother, Joseph Vigneault of Sebastian, FL; granddaughter, Michelle Salerno of Fitchburg, MA; great-grandson, Sebastian Salerno of Fitchburg, MA.

Mary F. Cadogan, 97, Bradenton, died July 30, 2014. Born in Boston, MA she moved to Bradenton in 1979 from N. Andover, MA. She was a School Teacher in Lawrence, MA School System 14-39ERS, a Red Cross Volunteer, a Volunteer with Meals on Wheels, a member of the Bradenton Country Club and she was an avid bridge player.

Predeceased by husbands, Francis X. Shannon and Lawrence Cadogan, daughter, Susan Shannon Kaduboski and brother, James T. Flannelly; survived by, son, John (Donna) Shannon; step-son, Stephen Cadogan; daughter, Margaret Shannon; 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Annie B. Miller, 74, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2014.

David E. ''Buzzy'' Bray, of Sarasota, FL, formerly of Toronto, Ohio, died on July 21, 2014 at Lakewood Ranch Hospital, with family members at his bedside. David was the son of Earl ''Jeff'' and Delma Bray. He graduated from Toronto High School in 1958, attended Steubenville College and served in the Ohio Army National Guard.

David ''Buzzy'' was a former member of the Steubenville Players and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Toronto. He retired from Weirton Steel in 1993 and moved to Sarasota, FL where he attended the First United Methodist Church. Buzzy's joy in life was making others happy. His home had an open door policy and loved feeding everyone.

David is survived by his wife of 47 years, LeeEtta Wade Bray; his brother, Richard (wife, Sandy) of Sarasota; a niece Susan (Steve) Keady of State College, PA; a nephew, Jeffrey Bray of Winchester, VA; and extended family, David and Denise Cooper, Gene, Lilia, Shelly and Aaron Prokupets of Sarasota; sister, Verna Wade Bloomer, and Rex Wade, Jr. and other nephews and nieces.

Barbara Pingrey Pernat, age 97, of Bradenton and Sarasota, FL, passed away of natural causes on July 27, 2014 surrounded by loved ones. She lived in New York in West Fort Ann, Oneonta, Cooperstown, Ovid and Seneca Falls before moving to Bradenton, FL. Mrs. Pernat was born in Glens Falls, NY on January 3, 1917. She was the daughter of Silas Eugene and Flora Clements (Batchelder) Pingrey of West Fort Ann, Glens Falls and Cooperstown, NY. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Marion Alice (Pingrey) Wills.

Barbara Graduated from Cooperstown High School in 1934 and Oneonta Teacher Training School (now SUNY Oneonta) in 1937. She taught in several schools within New York State. Prior to her retirement. She was a first grade teacher in South Seneca Central School, in Ovid and Interlaken, NY. She loved traveling, organic gardening, flowers and genealogy research. Barbara was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and The Founders and Patriots of America with ancestors dating back to early settlers who arrived in the New England colonies in 1632.

Barbara is survived by a son, John H. Pernat of Averill Park, NY; daughters, Judith Chandler of Sarasota, FL and Nancy E. Brown of Lorton, VA; granddaughter, Amelia B. Chandler (Terrence) Smith of Sarasota, FL; nephew Erwin A.(Doris) Wills of Venice, FL and Lake George, NY; and several great nieces and nephews.
