Town Hall Meeting Will Address Urban Core of Manatee County

MANATEE COUNTY -- There will be a town hall meeting at the Bayshore Recreational Center at 7 p.m. on April 14th. The subject will be the growth of our urban core.

A who's who of county officials will be on hand to introduce themselves to the public and answer questions including: County Administrator Ed Hunzeker, Kaycee Ellis, Cheri Coryea, Pat Wenzell and  representatives from the MSO.

District 4 county commissioner Robin DiSabatino will also be on hand. The featured speaker for the event will be County Building Department Director John Barnott who will promote hiring licensed contractors.

Citizens from district 4, as well as the county as a whole, who have concerns about Code Enforcement, noise, safety and the growth of our urban core are encouraged to attend.
