Tracey Lynn Martin went to the heavens on Monday, February 26, 2024, at Manatee Memorial Hospital after years of battling cardiac disease. He was born June 30, 1975, in Marianna, Jackson County, Florida, to Edna Earle Davis and James Wesley Martin.

Tracey was predeceased by brothers Leon, Jason, and Nathan Pitts, Jerome Martin, his birth father, Wesley Martin, his "Nannie Maw" Sara Davis Moats, and his brother-in-law, Barry Ray Baker.

Tracey is survived by many friends and family who loved and cherished him, including his birth mother, Edna McDonald; his "Pop" Kenneth Moats; brothers, Lee Martin, and Kenny (Stephanie) Moats; sister, Angie Baker, and half-siblings, Loretta and Pearl; cousins, Bryan (Nikki) and Stephan (Lissette) Baker, Samantha (Griffin) Deans, and Marissa (Jarrod) Moats. Tracey chose to live and relocate to the Bradenton area at thirteen, deciding for himself at a tender age to change his course in life. He was a loving, unselfish, and caring person who carried many titles that all were bathed in love and respect for the being that he was. He worked in management at Sams for eighteen years and at Palm Shores for the past five years.

He will always be remembered by those he "chose" as family and friends because of their love and support for his pathway! Those that he "chose" as family invite you to attend his viewing, 11 AM – 12 Noon, Sunday, March 3, 2024, with Service to immediate follow.
