Two Marauders to Appear in Saturday's All-Star Game at McKechnie

BRADENTON – The FSL All-Star game comes to McKechnie Saturday night. Bradenton Marauders outfielder Josh Bell and pitcher Orlando Castro have been selected for the South Division squad. Both players are making their second All-Star team of their professional careers. Both players were also named South Atlantic League Mid-Season All-Stars in 2013.

Bell is a 21-year-old outfielder from Irving, Texas. Baseball America tabbed the switch-hitter as the 7th best prospect in the Pirates organization before the season, and MLB.com rates Bell as the 6th best prospect in the Pirates system. He is in his third season of professional baseball.

Castro is a 22-year-old pitcher for San Pedro Sula, Honduras. He is 3-3 with an ERA of 2.77 so far this year. The league is batting only .223 against him. Castro is in his fourth season of professional baseball.
