Upcoming Auditions at Manatee Players

BRADENTON -- Auditions will be held at the Manatee Performing Arts Center on September 22 & 23 for the next four shows on the Manatee Players’ schedule. Those shows are the musicals The Mystery of Edwin Drood (performances: January 9-25), Shrek (performances February 13-March 2), Beehive (February 27-March 16) and the comedy Stepping Out (January 16-February 2). Auditions are at 7 pm each evening.

Those auditioning should dress appropriately for dance auditions and have a song in their key prepared. An accompanist will be at the auditions or you may bring a track on cd. Those auditioning for the comedy will read from the script. The Manatee Performing Arts Center is located at 502 3rd Avenue West in downtown Bradenton.
