Born on September 13, 1938, in Union, MO, Gini was the second child of William Ralph Skaggs and Lillian Virginia Skaggs, née Bramell. Gini and Bob made their home and raised their family in St. Charles County, in Harvester, MO, at 9 Tammy Lane in Glenbrook Subdivision (1964-2004). After selling their longtime home, Gini and Bob moved to the Wentzville area. As his health declined, Gini devoted herself to caring for her husband Bob until his passing in 2010. She remained in their Wentzville home until 2023, when she moved to Florida to live with her daughter Judith Ann Daniel and her family.
