BRADENTON -- Atomic Bazaars, CD release parties and intergalactic activities highlight this weekend in the 941. Get ready, it's time for a Weekend Adventure in Bradenton!
What is Atomic Holiday Bazaar? It's eight years of hand made, unusual, amusing and beautiful indie craft. This year Atomic has 165 vendors in the Main Auditorium and Bay Front room. They have worked their hands numb to bring you this year's dazzling creations ranging from: "Repurposed" Jewelry, Screen Printed Everything, Vintage Clothing and Accessories, Children's Clothing, Organic Body/Home Products, Jams & Jellies, Cookies and Cupcakes, One of a Kind Home Decor, Off the Beaten Path Photography, Fantasy to Horror and More. Seriously...a lot more.
On both Saturday and Sunday, for the lucky 100 who are the first to walk through the auditorium doors, the Atomic tote bag tradition continues. Totes are screen printed by Atomic sponsor Clothesline and handed out by SRQ's derby gal's the North River Rolling Renegades. The totes are stuffed with vendor coupons to be used during the Atomic show (some are good for online shopping) and sponsor Atomic Ranch Magazine sent their fabulous magazine featuring mid century homes.
