Retired Colonel William M. Wait, ‘Bill’, born October 27, 1936 passed away June 20, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wofford and Martha Wait. He is survived by his wife, Sue, children Bob (wife Sun), Jeff (wife Kathleen), Paige (husband Gary) and Chris (wife Julie), brother Pete, sister-in-law Shirleen, grandchildren Paden, Abbey, Christina, Angela, Elizabeth (husband Cliff), Great Grandchildren Rowan and Gibson. A family service will be held this fall.
