William was born in Manatee County to Gordon and Linda Mcculligh on April 11th, 1995. He grew up in Samoset.
He loved to walk! He also had 4 sisters and 2 brothers Lisa Perkins, James Perkins, Heather Yeomans, (Michael Perkins deceased) Lindsey Mcculligh and Lea-Lynn Perkins Apple. Boo was loved by many. RIP our sweet boy. Resting date November 20th, 2025.
