William John Parks Jr, 56 of Palmetto, passed away Friday, March 8, 2025. He was born in Mt Holly, NJ on June 6, 1968. He was preceded in death by his father William John Parks and mother Dorothy Linda Parks. He has been a resident of Florida for the past 38 years. Billy is survived by his sister's Mary Ellen Phillips (Junior), Penny Burns, Melissa Waldron and her husband Michael, and Jessie Parks (Roger) of Lynchburg and Thaxton VA. 14 Nieces and Nephews: Teresa, William, Dottie Mae, Preston, Travis, LeAnne, Cheyenne, Cierra, Missy, Tina, Michael, Michael, Vincent and Hannah and several great nieces and nephews. He is also survived by and Uncle, Thomas Tavernier wife Melanie and family and an Aunt, Maryel Tavernier. Billy owned and operated his own business since 1996, Advanced Electrical Services, Inc. Billy took pride in his work for both clients and family. He always went above and beyond what the job called for. He was always their when you needed help, even if you had a disagreement. He will be greatly missed by both family and friends. As he always said " He was a jack of all trades and a master of one". 

The family will receive friends from 2pm to 4pm on Saturday, March 15, 2025 and a service will be held at 4pm at Brown and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory, 604 43rd Street W Bradenton, FL 34209.
