William C. Pennington (Billy) 65 passed away on July 18, 2025, peacefully at his home in Palmetto. Billy was born February 13, 1960, in Germany. He is survived by his father William Pennington, sisters Becky Jo Thompson and Betsy Smith, Brother-in-law Jeff Smith A niece Amanda Jo Cope and a Nephew Derek Thompson. He was proceeded in death by his mother, Betty Jo Pennington, brother, Brian Eddie Pennington and his wife, Cathy Pennington (Kisler)
Billy will be greatly missed and always remembered by his family & friends.
His final resting place will be in Hamilton, Ohio. A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
