Zaxxon Kent Tickemyer, born July 21, 2001 passed away peacefully at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida on December 26, 2025 in the presence of his Mother Haydee Arvizo, his Aunt Ana Luisa Marinelarena, his Uncle Jaime Marinelarena and his Grandfather David Kent Tickemyer. In addition to those previously listed, Zaxxon is survived by his Father, Travis Kent Tickemyer; a sister, Aimi Giana Diaz; his maternal Grandmother Olga Tarango; and his paternal Grandmother, Leatta Tickemyer. He was preceded in death by his maternal Grandfather, Clemente Arvizo.

Zaxxon loved life and helping people. He worked as a handyman in and around Warrensburg and helped his Grandfather with farm work north of Warrensburg. In his time away from work, he loved to travel. He was a member of the Community of Christ Church and assisted with audio/visual work at the Church in Warrensburg.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at the Community of Christ Church (700 S. Mitchell St., Warrensburg, Missouri) at 10:00 a.m., a funeral service will follow the visitation at 11:00 a.m. Internment will follow the funeral at Mound Grove Cemetery (1818 N. River St., Independence, Missouri). Memorial contributions are suggested to the Warrensburg Community of Christ Church and may be left in care of the Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home (617 N. Maguire, Warrensburg, Mo).

Zaxxon will be greatly missed by his family and friends. His love of life and desire to make the world a better place will remain with those who knew him well.
