Napier's Log Cabin Horse & Animal Sanctuary, Inc.
BRADENTON – The Sanctuary has teamed up with Purina's Pets for Seniors to help adoptable cats at the Sanctuary find new homes and to help seniors find a new companion. Select cats will be offered free to seniors (age 55+) thanks to Purina.
All cats will have shots, be spayed/neutered, de-wormed, FIV/Leuk. tested, and microchipped for ID. They also have 30-days of free pet insurance. An adoption certificate along with a coupon for a free bag of Purina pet food and adoption donation is provided by Purina.
Funds for the program are limited and available on a first come basis. Want to help keep the program going? Donate! Please mail donations to 20010 East SR 64, Bradenton, FL 34212 or anonymous cash donations can be dropped off at any Bank of America (Horse & Animal Sanctuary fundraising account).
Veterinarian Expense Donations can be paid to Animal Medical Center of Bradenton, 3102 Cortez Road, Bradenton, FL 34207 or by calling in a credit card donation to (941) 753-6709.
The Sanctuary's mission is to provide a temporary home to homeless animals until a permanent adoptive home can be found, and to provide a permanent home to animals that cannot be adopted. It also exists to help educate the public about adopting and taking care of homeless animals to help the county in becoming a “no-kill” community where no adoptable animal is euthanized just for lack of space and time.
The Sanctuary relies on the generosity of the community to survive along with adoption donations of the animals. No other government funding is received. The Sanctuary is run by volunteers - no paid employees - providing homes, medical care for dogs, cats and farm animals until an adoptive "forever" home can be found.
Give the Sanctuary a call to discuss available animals, 941-750-8185 or visit
www.NapierFamilyFarm.com for more information. Not a senior but still want to adopt? Most cats are available for a $45 adoption donation and most kittens are $60.
