BRADENTON — For thousands of years humans have been digging up large, strange bones of ancient creatures, and ancient man created fantastic mythologies of winged, fire-breathing dragons to explain these bones. This Saturday, patrons can come out to the South Florida Museum and learn about the historical roots of these fierce creatures.
Here’s the schedule for Saturday’s Family Night:
4:15 p.m. How To Train Your Dragon, Rated PG, 98 min
7 p.m. Live Star Talk in the Bishop Planetarium
7:30 p.m. Space Park 360
8:15 p.m. Rock Hall of Fame
The museum is located at 201 10th St. West in downtown Bradenton.
