Early voting for the primary election will take place at eight locations throughout Manatee County from this Saturday, August 8, through Sunday, August 16,
8:30 am to 6:00 pm daily.
You must be a registered voter on or before July 20, 2026, to participate in the primary. Election Day is August 18 and can only be done at the voter's assigned precinct.
Vote by Mail
The deadline to request a Vote by Mail ballot is no later than 5 p.m. on the 12th day before the election. A Supervisor of Elections must mail the ballot within two business days after receiving a request, but no later than the 10th day before Election Day.
If you voted by mail in 2024 and haven’t done anything since, your request has expired. All vote-by-mail ballot requests in Florida expired at the end of 2024, which means even if you voted by mail last election, you must submit a new request to receive a ballot in 2026. A single request covers all elections in 2026.
