MANATEE COUNTY -- Manatee is back in the national spotlight after jumping out to a 5-0 record, including their 62-0 route of Southeast Friday night. This week the Hurricanes host a better than average Riverview team in what could be a more competitive game.
Southeast will have a week off to lick their wounds, while Palmetto is also idle before they travel to Hawkins Stadium to take on the 'Canes next week. Lakewood Ranch hosts North Port, while Braden River travels to Sarasota and Bayshore heads to De Soto.
After losing two in a row, Bradenton Christian will look to get back on track. The Panthers host Indian Rocks Christian. St. Stephen's, who has lost three in a row, will host Oasis (Cape Coral).
