Manatee County Tax Collector Introduces Instant Vehicle Registration Renewal Kiosk at Palmetto Publix

Posted

BRADENTON  — The Manatee County Tax Collector's office is excited to announce the installation of a new instant vehicle registration renewal kiosk at the Palmetto Publix, conveniently located at 1101 8th Avenue West. This innovative self-service kiosk is designed to streamline the renewal process, providing residents with a hassle-free, time-saving solution.

The kiosk is available for use during Palmetto Publix's regular operating hours, offering flexibility without the need for an appointment. To complete your instant renewal, all you need is your registration renewal notice or the license plate number and date of birth of the first registered owner. Valid Florida insurance must be on file with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. Publix kiosks accept both credit and debit cards for payment.

"We want our neighbors in Manatee County to have access to the most convenient options, and that’s done by leveraging technology and making it accessible and easy for everyone.” said Ken Burton Jr., Manatee County Tax Collector. “Renewing your registration is something that impacts nearly our entire adult community, and we’re excited to be able to offer additional instant renewal options with this kiosk in the Palmetto Publix.  It’s a testament to our office's vision statement, 'Innovating Better Ways to Serve’."

The new kiosk in the Palmetto Publix marks the 6th instant registration renewal kiosk in Manatee County that the Tax Collector’s Office has implemented. Kiosks are strategically located throughout the county. To find a kiosk near you, visit https://flmvexpresskiosk.com/manatee-county-locations/.
