Movers and Shakers: Grossman Roth and Partridge Names New Associate

SARASOTA – Grossman Roth and Partridge, part of Grossman Roth, PA, a leading Southwest Florida trial law firm, announced that Patrick S. McArdle has recently joined its practice as an associate attorney. McArdle is a Sarasota native, a third-generation trial lawyer, and a graduate of Stetson College of Law. He will focus on areas of catastrophic personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice.

McArdle’s stellar track record speaks for itself. He earned his undergraduate at Davidson College (B.A. magna cum laude 2009) and his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law (J.D. summa cum laude 2012). At Stetson, the country’s top-ranked school for trial advocacy, he earned highest-grade distinction in eight subjects, winning the Victor O. Wehle Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and the Carey & Leisure Torts Book Award. Patrick interned with the Second District Court of Appeal for the Honorable James W. Whatley (Ret.) and the U.S. Middle District of Florida for the Honorable James D. Whittemore. McArdle was a member of the "Stetson Law Review" and served as its editor in chief. Based on these and other accomplishments, McArdle received the ALI/ABA Leadership Award, recognizing the graduate who best represents a combination of scholarship and leadership, the qualities embodied by the American Law Institute (ALI) and the American Bar Association (ABA).
