SARASOTA – Grossman Roth and Partridge, part of Grossman Roth, PA, a leading Southwest Florida trial law firm, announced that Patrick S. McArdle has recently joined its practice as an associate attorney. McArdle is a Sarasota native, a third-generation trial lawyer, and a graduate of Stetson College of Law. He will focus on areas of catastrophic personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice.
“We’re very pleased to welcome Patrick to our Sarasota team,” says William E. Partridge, managing partner of the Sarasota office. “He brings a lot to the table, including a keen legal mind, a passion for justice, and close ties to our community. Patrick will fight for the rights of our clients and be an invaluable addition to our firm.”
McArdle’s stellar track record speaks for itself. He earned his undergraduate at Davidson College (B.A. magna cum laude 2009) and his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law (J.D. summa cum laude 2012). At Stetson, the country’s top-ranked school for trial advocacy, he earned highest-grade distinction in eight subjects, winning the Victor O. Whatley (Ret.) and the U.S. Middle District of Florida for the Honorable James D. Whittemore. McArdle was a member of the "Stetson Law Review" and served as its editor in chief. Based on these and other accomplishments, McArdle received the ALI/ABA Leadership Award, recognizing the graduate who best represents a combination of scholarship and leadership, the qualities embodied by the American Law Institute (ALI) and the American Bar Association (ABA).
“Grossman Roth is Florida’s leading trial law firm," says McArdle. "It offers a dream team of celebrated legal talent. It's a privilege and an honor to be asked to join this firm and serve its clients.”
