Movers and Shakers: U.S. Tent Rental to Host Over-the-Top Thank You Party

SARASOTA – Excitement is building around the upcoming U.S. Tent Rental Over the Top Party to be held on Thursday, September 5, 2013. The “Couldn’t have done it without ya!” theme extravaganza will be held 6-10pm at the company’s 20,000 square foot warehouse located at 2006 72nd Dr. E., Sarasota, FL 34243. It will feature cutting edge event lighting, tents, décor, linens and more. All proceeds will benefit the wheelchair Florida Sled Hockey Team and will focus on the strong partnerships U.S. Tent Rental personnel created with its many clients over the past 12 years.

It will bring the leaders in the events industry that have been instrumental in the company’s rapid growth together for a fun filled evening before all embark on the new fall season. There will be gourmet food, beverages, music, dancing, games with prizes and for the first time, the company will highlight “Linens by the Sea,” its expanding specialty division that it acquired less than two years ago.  

Since the company moved into its current facility in 2007, it acquired an additional 14,000 square feet of nearby warehouse space to house its ever increasing party rental inventory. The original grand opening celebration hosted 200 attendees, and at this year’s event, the company expects nearly 400 attendees.
