LAKEWOOD RANCH – Philippa "Phil" Every has been hired at Willis A. Smith Construction as a senior project manager specializing in healthcare construction. Phil brings to Willis A. Smith 20 plus years of experience in project management. With over 50 projects across the state of Florida, Phil has experience in managing complex projects under aggressive timelines. She is well versed in pre-construction and Design/Build formats. Ms. Every specializes in resolving design issues, following building codes and regulations and site management. Phil is currently heading the High Risk Obstetrics renovation at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa for Willis A. Smith Construction.

Phil Every graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. She is a member of Sigma Lambda Chi National Honorary Society and is a Florida Certified General Contractor. Born in Trinidad and Tobago in the southern Caribbean, Ms. Every has called Florida her home since 1980 despite a few short jaunts in the Western United States.
