Norman V. Horton Jr, age 78, of Palmetto, FL went home to be with his heavenly father when he passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2022, at Tidewell Hospice House in Lakewood Ranch, FL.
Norman was born on December 7, 1943, in Saginaw, MI to Norman and Adella Horton.
Norman was a retired minister with the Assemblies of God. He also served aboard the USS Ranger aircraft carrier in the Navy during Vietnam.
Norman was preceded in death by his parents, Norman & Adella Horton; his brother and sisters, Sharon Burden, Charlene Prestly and Richard Horton. Norman is survived by his daughter, Kelly Jenkins; grandchildren, Keaton, Kambri & Graeson; brothers, David (Joyce) Horton, Gerald (Lu Ann) Horton.
