Why the private street? Is there a financial or zoning related reason? You mentioned a requirement for a unique entrance to each parcel had Beruff broken up the property. Maybe designating the private street helps eliminate that possibility. I can’t see him doing it just to be vane. Great reporting. If someone brought this to your attention, kudos to them.
