BRADENTON – The Manatee County Schools’ Citizens’ Advisory Committee has conducted a series of meetings across Manatee County to survey community members in order to determine their priorities regarding the Manatee County School Board's 2014-2015 Budget and 5-year Strategic Plan.

The fifth and final meeting was held Thursday night, but citizens are still encouraged to visit the online portal to give their input.

The goal is to include community input into the budget planning and strategic planning processes to give the public a sense of ownership in these important endeavors.

Click here to visit the survey site and help the Manatee County School District better understand the collective feelings of taxpayers, parents and other community stakeholders as they move forward in trying to make the best use of available resources.
