BRADENTON – Things pick up a bit this week in local governments as the Manatee County Commission returns from summer recess on Tuesday. The county commission will meet on Tuesday and Thursday this week. The Palmetto City Commission, Bradenton City Council, Port Authority, and the Manatee School board will all convene for meetings this week as well.
