BRADENTON – It will be a quiet week for local government boards. All government offices will be closed on Monday for the MLK holiday. A BOCC work session with the Manatee Children's Advisory Board will take place on Tuesday, and a request for the land transfer of 48th Street Court East from county to city jurisdiction will be voted on at Wednesday night's Bradenton City Council meeting.
