BRADENTON – The school board will get back to business this week, with new Superintendent Rick Mills and board members hosting a workshop Monday afternoon and a regular meeting that evening. The Metropolitan Planning Organization will also convene on Monday, at USF's Sarasota-Manatee campus in the morning. The Board of County Commissioners will meet on Tuesday morning and will vote on the urban chicken amendment (10 a.m. time certain), while the Bradenton City Council will hold its monthly evening meeting on Wednesday.
