Donald Trump must be indicted in order to protect the American people and protect democracy. Trump, his allies, and supporters are a clear and present danger to American democracy.
We need to get back to the solemn business of preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution of the United States and the United States of America. The only manner in doing that is Trump’s indictment meaning, he created a criminal act.
However, he has an absolute defense of insanity. The insanity defense, also known as the mental disorder defense, is an affirmative defense by excuse in a criminal case, arguing that the defendant is not responsible for their actions due to an episodic or persistent psychiatric disease at the time of the criminal act.
If I was the judge, I would place him in an insanity institution.
