TAMPA – The Tampa Theater's summer movie series returns June 5 with a full slate of classic movies shown in the unrivaled architectural beauty of this bay area institution. The original Star Wars film is among this year's selections.
For more than 30 years, Tampa film fans have flocked to the majestic movie palace on hot Sunday afternoons to enjoy summer classics as they were meant to be seen: on the big screen, with a bag of fresh popcorn and a cold drink in hand, as a shared, community experience.
