Dea Lene (Fiegel) Green, 60, of Bradenton, Florida, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2022, at her home.
She was born March 19, 1962, in Illinois and moved to Kentucky at 6. She was raised in Nicholasville and attended Jessamine County High School. She moved to Florida in 2009. Her husband of 22 years, Raymond, was at her side until the very end. Dea had been battling anal cancer for the past 3 years.
She is survived by her stepmother, Kay Jones; son, Christopher Williams; stepchildren, Jeffrey Green, Heather (Green) Graves, and Jonathan Green, along with 6 grandchildren.
Dea worked as an accounting assistant until 2007 when rheumatoid arthritis forced her to cease daily work. She was also a talented singer and wonderful entertainer. She co-hosted karaoke nights in our RV community with her duet partner as well as occasionally doing shows at our park and others. She brought joy to many people with her talent, cheerful attitude, fighting spirit, and more. She will live in our hearts forever.
There will be no Services at this time. Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory 26th Street Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
