Mark Trudeau, 61, of Palmetto, Florida, unexpectedly passed away on November 5, 2022.
Mark was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, and moved to Florida around 1967. He graduated from Sarasota Highschool in 1979. He relocated to Sarasota and Bradenton before ultimately settling in Palmetto-Ellenton for the past 30 years.
Mark was employed with Winn Dixie as a manager for 39 years until retiring in 2017. Mark enjoyed spending his free time at the Snead Island Crab and Fish House where you could find him with a Bud Light in hand and good times were had by all. Mark was a friend to everyone and he never met a stranger for too long. He loved sports, especially baseball. Mark loved music, and friends and family will forever treasure memories of questionable karaoke.
Mark is survived by his wife of 36 years, Margaret Susie McInnis Trudeau; their three children, Tyler Trudeau, Brittany Morgan (Stephen) and Adam Trudeau; eleven grandchildren, a sister Sharon Trudeau Adams (Bob) and a brother, Brian Trudeau (Charlotte), many nieces and nephews and a multitude of friends. Mark’s greatest love was for his family and friends.
A visitation will be Saturday, November 12 from 4-5 pm with a service beginning at 5 pm at Skyway Memorial Funeral Home Mausoleum Chapel 5200 US Highway 19 Palmetto, Fl 34221.
