Posted

BRADENTON — Caitlyn ‘Katie’ Sandt, 19, has been missing since October 30, according to her family.  Sandt's family reported her missing to the Bradenton Police in November and has yet to be found.

Katie's mother, Christina Sandt, told ABC 7 in April that her daughter started coming home less, hanging around the wrong crowd, and spending a lot of her time on 18th Street in Bradenton with addiction issues after she turned 18.

Caitlyn was reported missing to BPD on November 22. However, the department has been unable to locate her. BPD said in a press release that her information has been provided to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Missing Endangered Persons Information Clearinghouse.

Caitlyn is 5’2” and approximately 125 lbs. She has brown hair and blue eyes. Other distinguishing features include a scar between her eyes, a strawberry birthmark on the bottom of her neck, and scars on both thighs.

If you have information on Caitlyn, contact Det. Kells at brandon.kells@bradentonpd.com, or call 941-932-9300 and ask the front desk officer to contact him. You can also call FDLE's Missing Endangered Persons Information Clearinghouse at 888-356-4774.
