In response to a recent “Pre-Suit Notice” sent to The Bradenton Times on behalf of Carlos Beruff and Medallion Home, TBT has made the decision to remove links to satirical political videos identified in the Notice and published by TheReakKVO or similar platforms.
The Bradenton Times did not create these videos and does not know of false factual statements made in them. TBT intends this post to be a full and fair apology under Florida law in response to the Pre-Suit Notice.

I understand the decision but am still disappointed. I, too, backed down from my first amendment rights when I agreed (after 18 months and paying over $100K in legal fees) to settle, at a loss, my lawsuit against Manatee county after they terminated me as a volunteer for speaking out. The fact is that it takes a ton of money to defend the First Amendment in court - and when one side has all the money, they can bankrupt the other party in legal fees, irregardless of the Constitution.

I wish we could get a big news organization to do a story on the 2 Republican parties in Manatee county. We have the millionaires party and the rest of the people. As they over development destroying the county and cities, the regular people will be taxed out of their homes. Trouble is they own both houses in Tallahassee also.
