BRADENTON —  It will be a fairly busy week with several meetings on local government calendars. On Monday, the Manatee County Port Authority will hold a special meeting for the purchase of land. The Palmetto City Commission, the Bradenton City Councill, the Manatee  County School Board, and the Manatee County Planning Commission will also be in session for meetings this week.
