Carol Ann Felts

THE BRADENTON TIMES HAS ENDORSED Carol Ann Felts

Republican Candidate Carol Ann Felts - Manatee County D1

Political platform statement

Raised in a family of first responders, law enforcement officers, and city employees, Ms. Felts began her career with Allied Industries, Bush Hog Division, Selma, Alabama in  cost accounting and production planning.

Ms. Felts has resided in Manatee county for over thirty years, first in West Bradenton, commuting to St. Petersburg for her career opportunities in the auditing and acquisitions department of a growing office equipment dealer, while choosing to raise her family in a smaller town.

Ms. Felts relocated herself and her horses that were boarded in Parrish to her own property in Myakka after retirement, where she is an avid Florida history buff, amateur genealogist and full time animal concierge, with a keen interest in agriculture, local politics and the environment.

Ms. Felts is the proud mother of two 9th generation Floridians, a son that served his country in the Army after 9/11, earned a business degree, and  now runs his wife’s non profit veterinary practice in Hillsborough County, and a son who graduated from UCF on a  Bright Futures Scholarship, and is  now employed with Moffatt Cancer center, along with his wife, as medical research scientists. They have both brought her 10th generation grand daughters into this world.
