Dianna (Motley) Price, age 72, of Bradenton, Florida, passed away on July 24, 2022.

Before ascending to her place in heaven on Sunday, July 24, 2022, Dianna accomplished so much in her lifetime which began when she was born on April 30, 1950. In her years she raised two children, Christina Avirett and Shannon Bartram, while going to school to become a nurse which was her life’s work. She was a dedicated nurse for almost 50 years. She lived to take care of others whether it be her family, patients, or strangers. She even went to clown college and made appearances as Noodles the Clown to entertain children (and herself) and in no way did her graduating from clown school surprise her family. She was so funny and just a bit crazy. Dianna would give the literal shirt off her back if you needed it. She gave time to Toys for Tots and to Feeding Empty Little Tummies (F.E.L.T.) She is a Christian and was saved and looked forward to seeing her parents, U.T. and Doris Motley, her brother, Taylor Motley, and her precious dog, Jazzy, again.

Dianna was the loving and supportive wife of Jim Price for what would have been 54 years in August. She is also survived by her daughters, three grandchildren, Kayla, Jessica, and Brady, as well as by her younger siblings, Karen Ballengee, and Gerald Motley, and her rescue fur baby, Little Dude.

A Celebration of Life/Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 30, at 10:30 a.m. at Westside Christian Church. The church is located at 3604 15th Ave. W, Bradenton, FL 34205. Please dress casual – wear shorts if you are comfortable. Dianna was always hot, so we want you to be cool. Wearing black is not necessary. If you have something flowery to wear, that would be great. She loved her flowers. Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory, 43rd Street Chapel, 604 43rd Street West Bradenton, FL 34209 is in charge of the arrangements.
